- All crewmembers are certified in CPR/first aid, forklift operation and come prepared with personal protective equipment and can meet all facility-specific guidelines.
- Team members use a safety checklist to identify workplace-specific conditions, note past concerns, record applicable industry standards and document relevant company policies. The checklist addresses fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, sprinkler and fire exit placement and condition, as well as smoking rules and waste disposal. It also covers first-aid supplies, posted emergency phone numbers, evacuation routes and employee accounting procedures in the event of an evacuation.
